General Rules

  1. All parents are requested to ensure that their wards come to school promptly and in perfect uniform.
  2. All students should be present in school at least 5 minutes before the time of bell which at 9:00 am.
  3. Parents and guardians are allowed to visit the classroom or meet teachers during school hours.
  4. Parents who wish to take their wards early from school should obtain a permission slip from the school office.
  5. The school is not responsible for goods lost. Students are warned against bringing valuable articles (Personal toys, very valuable personal items, etc) to the school.
  6. Students are not allowed to wear gold ornaments except for earrings. Even in this, the school does not take responsibility if they are found missing.
  7. Students are t dress modestly. Fancy clips and fancy jewellery are not allowed in school.
  8. Girls with long hair are required to braid it into two plaits. Clips or hair band used should be black in colour.
  9. Students are not allowed to colour their hair.
  10. Boys are not allowed to wear earring, or other fancy items
  11. No books, periodicals, etc other than school books should be brought to school (unless requested by the staff).
  12. Children are warned against roughly using or damaging any school property. If any damage is caused to any of the school properties, restitution will be realised.
  13. No pupil is allowed to leave the school campus before the dispersal time of school.
  14. Habitual negligence of school work, dishonesty, obscenity in work or act, insubordination or other such acts of misconduct will be severely dealt with appropriate disciplinary actions.
  15. Parents are requested to cooperate with the staff and ensure the progress of their children by paying attention to their regularity, punctuality and discipline; and taking an interest in the child’s work. They should check the diary regularly.
  16. We allow no special /unauthorized payment to staff in the school.
  17. Teaching staff are not allowed to take private tuitions for our school students, but remedial classes will be held in the school, for the weak students.
  18. Refreshments for the break time and lunch are to be brought from home.
  19. Parents must inform the school of any change in their address and telephone numbers.
  20. Parents must check the school Diary whenever it is send home. Please respond to the communication from the Class Teacher/ Principal with your signature.
  21. Disciplinary infringements will be noted in the discipline diary maintained by each Class Teacher and will be intimated through the school diary. Gross violation will be intimated to the parents and action will be taken accordingly.
  22. All public holidays will be school holidays. Days of bandhs and hartals may be declared holidays if we anticipate violence on the roads.
  23. Using CD’s, Pen drives, Cell phones, I Pods, audio and video cassettes, books and magazines without permission of the Class Teacher is strictly prohibited.
  24. Students should maintain healthy attitude toward the opposite gender. Any untoward behaviour toward the opposite gender will be seriously dealt with. It may result in suspension.
  25. Loitering around after school hours in the school building and campus is strictly prohibited.
  26. Mobile phones, tabs and gadgets of such nature are strictly prohibited in the school campus. A fine of ₹1000/- will be imposed if found guilty followed by disciplinary action.
  27. Parents have to ensure that their children adhere to the rules and regulations of the school.
  28. All administration related queries /complaints, report to school office only, not to any other staff /teachers.
