- Regular attendance, good conduct and application down to the end of the year are indispensible conditions for any awards or prizes.
- The minimum requirement for obtaining an award for proficiency is credit marks.
- Failure in a subject and absence from the examination debars a pupil from obtaining any awards or prizes.
- Should a pupil be debarred by the rules from receiving an award, the next pupil who fulfils the condition is entitled to it.
- In case of a tie, the award goes to the pupil who has high rank.
- Prize winners failing to be present at the prize distribution, will, as a rule forfeit their prizes.
